Please contact us directly at 403-263-1909 or 1-888-263-1988 to set up an account for access to our FTP site. You will need to connect using an FTP client, such as FileZilla. You cannot connect with your Web browser. Once you've connected, you can create folders and upload multiple files at once.

All files must be compressed into ZIP or STUFFIT files before uploading.

File Information
Providing source files can prevent delays with your order.
We accept most file types, but the following will ensure optimal results:

Adobe Illustrator
• High-resolution PDF is preferred
• Send source files, linked images and include fonts or turn fonts to outlines (.ai or .eps)

Adobe Photoshop
• TIFF images
• RGB or CYMK - RGB will result in smaller files and contain a wider colour gamut
• Adobe 98 colour space
• Resolution of 144 ppi (at output size) is ideal. For images built at 10 percent of desired output size, increase resolution 1000 percent to 1440 ppi.

Adobe InDesign and Quark Xpress Files
• High-resolution PDF is preferred
• Send source files, linked images and fonts (.indd or .qxd)

General
• Embed Pantone colours for added precision in colour matching
• Compressing files into ZIP or SIT format is recommended
• Email files up to 5 MB
• FTP files up to 500 MB
• CD or DVD files over 500 MB
