Summary

 

The Marketing Coordinator enhances Skyline Exhibits Alberta’s brand presence and drives lead generation through digital campaigns, content creation, and event support. This position ensures consistent messaging and marketing execution that aligns with the company's growth goals.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

• Execute digital, print, and event‑based marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media content and scheduling.

• Update website content and support SEO improvements.

• Create newsletters, case studies, and promotional content.

• Support the content creation of all digital, brochures, one‑pagers, and presentations.

• Capture project photos/videos and maintain marketing archives.

• Maintain CRM data and assist with email workflows.

• Support trade show and industry event logistics.

• Utilize Google Analytics data to measure the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns, analyze user behaviour paths, and understand cross-channel attribution.

• Leverage Google Analytics audience segments for retargeting and exclusion lists within Google Ads, optimizing targeting efficiency.

Required Work Experience / Skills / Attributes​

​

• Strong writing and content development skills.

• Experience with social media tools and scheduling platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and reporting.

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong organization and communication skills.

• Trade show experience is considered an asset.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, including setup, administration, custom reporting, event creation, and audience definition.​​

Education

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Wix, and Canva.​​​​​

Schedule​​

​

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Some overtime on specific occasions

Location

• We are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The work location is in-person at our Calgary Office, with occasional flexibility to work remotely.
